Picture this: A wedding where my ex-gf meets my current gf and I meet her current bf...

....weird, depressing, mind-fucking, etc...

It was tough to shake hands with the man who is currently pounding (and living with) a girl that I dated for 5 years. We didn't end on bad terms, it was just common knowledge that we would never be good for each other (and that is still true).

It was uncomfortable for me and my current gf, but I wonder how my ex and her new man felt... did they feel uncomfortable too? Or, are they beyond that?

I am on very good terms with my ex (we were off and on for 10 years). I am also on good terms with his fiance. She's the first gf he's had after me that did not forbid him from talking to me. She's pretty chill.

The situation in this event is very gay!!!!

All my exes met my current boyfriends and so on. It's hard but it's the adult thing to do.

I know ya'll have heard this story before... but when I lived in London, my ex came to visit me. He brought his ex, who he had dumped in order to date me. And we all hung with my new boyfriend (who is now my ex!) in London for a week. It was a lot of fun. giggle

Now his ex is a hardcore lesbian. And I adore his new girlfriend. That is all.

it would only be uncomfortable if you were to say to your current girlfriend "don't go up to catch the bouquet"....

Jeez Dook no wonder why she got so pissed...she already felt threatened by the ex gf being there (it's a girl thing, they'll explain it to you), and then you make a joke about the bouquet....gimme your girls number...I'll ask her out bro!

It's kind of a generalization, don't you think? I am not threatened by any exes, ever. There's a reason my current is not dating them anymore and is with me now, you know?

When I ran into that problem I thought it was funny and I did not care. I was looking fabulous, my ex was miserable and she was toe-upfrom-the flo-up! You have to find your silver lining in these situations! lol The best revenge in doing better than them. Ooh, and thinking evil thoughts always puts a smile on my face! thumbs up!
