It's called the Freedom of Information Act. I'm a former reporter and with those press credentials you are allowed to browse ANY court complaint filings...I did it many times myself. It's the same with polica reports. | |

It's called the Freedom of Information Act. I'm a former reporter and with those press credentials you are allowed to browse ANY court complaint filings...I did it many times myself. It's the same with polica reports. but cant you petition a judge to keep documents private until after the case is settled? or is that only if you go through arbritation? Space for sale... | |
