I'd be more impressed if he'd taped it and was sitting there, on the sofa, with a cup of bone juice and the Dog Times on his lap watching it.

Until then...talk to the hand

my birds bought a house on lake minnetonka and when i got home from work yesterday they'd packed everything and moved, leaving me a series of 'treasure hunt' clues that led to the new digs. touched

and i thought they were pretty cool for learning and using words.

No. falloff

It was this programme we used to have in the UK called 'That's Life' which was a curious mix of consumer affairs, stunts and slapstick. confused The presenter made a career for years out of showing unusual shaped vegetables (say, a potato that looked like a penis). Really amusing. neutral

Anyway, they had this dog that - on call - would yelp 'Sausages'.

(Well, it sounded more like "Rrrrrrorrroges" but you had to be there). lol

it would have been hilarious if one night, in the spotlight, when
prompted to say it for the millionth time, that dog would have
looked up and said "oh piss off with yer fuckin sausages"

Don't worry - we had a stray, years ago, that my father named 'Surt' because his favourite country is Norway and that's the only word he can remember.

Apparently it means 'fire'.

Not a dog's name you want to go shouting when you're taking it for a walk in Oslo. lol
