The Gt500 is interesting in that it is a Shelby car, however when driving one (I drove a baby brother GT350 once) there is an insane amount of forward power, but it is all in the boring low revs, and don't even think about taking a turn. the cars are large high off the ground and throw away a lot of room. american v8 engines have a self defeating design where the only way to get more power is to get larger.
