Cingular cell phone users....come in here!!!! I'm two weeks into my billing cycle and i have allready gone over by 1000 minutes. I still have two weeks left. I have noticed through my online account that they are billing me for calls i don't pick up and go into my v-mail. My family memebers got a 500.00 bill and they can't figure out why. my explanation would be what's happening to me. i called cingular and they say i should be getting billed for calls that go into my v-mail and that it has allways been like that.
this is the first time i see it. They don't look like they are willing to help. Does anyone else have this problem? | |

You should switch plans and then they can adjust your bill accordingly. Even if you et a plan that costs a little more - it will have more free minutes and save you in the long run. VOTE....EARLY | |
