Spiderman is more interesting than Superman could ever be. How are you supposed to sympathize with somebody who's perfect? F that. Batman's cool, too. But he's no Spiderman and he's too rich for me to care about.

Tobey Maguire rocks, ya punks.

I used to like Spidey for the same reason... But now I'm more interested in the god-like heros... Why do I want a character I can relate to? I don't want to be reminded of how boring my life is. I want escapism and fantasy! This guy rocks:

I get what you're saying. I used to like Superman when I was younger and if the movie's any good, I'm sure I'll like it.

Oh hell yeah, Norin Radd!!! Herald of Galactus!! Parable is my favorite story involving him....

"The world-eating Galactus presents himself to humanity as a God, quickly winning legions to his anarchistic new religion -- all as a plan to destroy earth by getting humans to destroy themselves. The Silver Surfer, still in exile on earth at this point, sets out to stop him, but hasn't counted on the fanatical devotion of the newly-converted humans.

God, don't get me started. Spidey has REAL world problems that we all deal with. That was the huge appeal for me as a kid. I couldn't associate with the crap that batman and superman were dealing with. Spidey had to deal with school, a girlfriend, keeping his Aunt May in the dark about his life, and all the while save the entire REAL city of New York, and never get ANY credit for it.

And Spidey, more so than any title, had just as much, if not more, to do with Peter Parker. It was Peter being spiderman, the others were more about the super hero.

Spider-Man rocks.

Sweet Jesus, NO!!

You need someone who can portray Tony Stark, the dashing yet vulnerable billionaire industrialist who becomes Iron Man. Whomever plays this role must be believable as a playboy, an astute businessman and someone whose (physical and mental) health is off enough to warrant putting on a suit of armor to fight crime.

Believe it or not, I could see Matt Dillon pulling this off.

Yeah! I love Superman too. I like for my super heroes to have some type of inter-planetary vibe.

Batman is the coolest of the earth bound types because he's got that whole dark knight thing going on. cool
