My newest quirk: getting tears in my eyes at work...

.....I don't know why, but when I get stressed at work, I start tearing up. It's totally new to me and it's embarassing. I don't get it.

It's just stress, hon. You probably just have a lot of built up frustration coming from a myriad of facets in your life, and your body is choosing to release this stress at inappropriate times, like at work. Since the weekend is coming up, if you have off from work, maybe you need to take some quality time for yourself; have your favorite food, get a little fresh air/ exercise by way of a brisk walk or whatever level of physical activity works for you. Watch a really heart tugging movie to get all your excess tears out, then read few excerpts from a book that means a lot to you to get your sense of self-definition and psychological strength back on track...

...all in all, keep in mind that it's probably just a phase. You just need to tune into yourself for a sec and, daaahling, as the old saying goes...'this too shall pass' cool

and eye drops nod

from the Sundaymail, The 78-year-old Wurtulla resident was defrosting the fridge when her eyes started watering and she reached for a bottle of allergy eye drops. But instead of grabbing the medicated drops she got Loctite 401 instant glue. The powerful adhesive was being kept in the fridge to avoid heat damage. "That second my eyes were glued shut and I realized the glue was next to the drops in the fridge," Mrs Horder said.

also special shampoo!
