So, last week, i got crazy with the credit card and ordered a bunch of stuff from homestarrunner.com.

they give freebies, depending on the size of your order. the highest level of freebie is the series 1 and series 2 figurines, which come free if you order 100.00 or more worth of merchandise. since the figurines are worth 20 per series, i figured, 'hey, it's almost like i am saving 40.00'... i am so easily fooled by sales and 'free gift with purchase'

i bit the bullet, and ordered 5 dvds (all of the dvds they have), 1 cd, 4 t-shirts, and got the figurines free.

and everyday since, my growing up poor sensibilities have been nagging me and kicking me about the face and head for spending 100 dollars plus shipping and handling (a very reasonable 17 dollars for fed ex ground) on what is essentially toys for silly grown-ups.

the package came to my office today, and it friggin ROCKS! the amount of stuff for the price is SOOOOO worth it! and the shit is AWESOME!















what is the best thing you have bought with a hundred dollars. or stuff you feel like you should regret buying but loved anyway?
