Anger as I approach the middle of my journey in life, I'm learning how to deal with my anger.
as kids, we're told Don't you shout at me!...or "Lower your voice when you talk to me"..so kids are not allowed to express anger. (some of us anyway) so as an adult, those of us stifled don't know what to do with these angry feelings. anger can be expressed calmly, with some emotion, or with rage..or you can keep it inside and let it fester. It's perfectly alright to say to someone I'm angry with you, and here's why.. it's all part of the journey in life I suppose thanks, this was the lesson I learned today | |

I have a hard time dealing with it still.
I mostly feel sadness now. And I know this isn't good. I need to allow myself to feel anger. | |

I try to be slow to anger, but I think I'm TOO good at it sometimes.
I don't rage. I fester. I take it and take it -- totally with a straight face -- until I'm ready to blow something up. I need to learn how to reasonably vent. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου
