(CP) - Toronto video game developer Pseudo Interactive is taking its Full Auto sequel to the PlayStation 3.

Publisher Sega announced Tuesday that Full Auto 2: Battlelines will be exclusive to the PS3, which is scheduled to launch in November. The racing-combat sequel introduces a new Arena Mode featuring team play and six different levels, each designed for a different type of multiplayer car combat.

"The destructible environments in Full Auto 2: Battlelines are both stunning and strategic, especially in multiplayer combat," Sega vice-president Scott A. Steinberg said in a statement Tuesday.

The original Full Auto was released on the Xbox 360.

EA Montreal: Electronic Arts has announced details of a new game from its Montreal studio. Army of Two, slated for release in 2007 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, will "throw gamers into hot spots ripped from current-day headlines where they will utilize unique two-man strategies and tactics while seamlessly transitioning between playing with intelligent partner AI (artificial intelligence) and a live player," according to EA.

"This is the game we've always wanted to create," Reid Schneider, senior producer at EA Montreal, said in a statement. "Until now, the hardware would not allow us to deliver truly intelligent AI characters. We've built this game with co-operative two-man game play as the centrepiece of the experience."

Ubisoft News: Ubisoft Montreal has announced plans for a new franchise called Assassin's Creed for the PS3.

"Assassin's Creed is going to push the video game experience as we know it today into an entirely new direction," Yannis Mallat, CEO at Ubisoft's Montreal studio, said in a statement. "Assassin's Creed's compelling theme and storyline experienced through the next-generation console will captivate audiences and affect them on the same level as an epic novel or film."

The first instalment in the Assassin's Creed franchise is set in 1191 AD, with the Third Crusade tearing the Holy Land apart. Shrouded in secrecy and feared for their ruthlessness, assassins try to stop the hostilities by going after both sides of the conflict.

The game will be released in 2007.

Cover Boy: Former USC tailback and Heisman Award winner Reggie Bush will appear on the cover of NCAA Football 07, EA Sports' college football game. Bush was taken by the New Orleans Saints second overall in the NFL draft on the weekend. NCAA Football 07 will be available in July on the PS2, PSP, Xbox and Xbox 360.

Our PS2 has been acting up and I hate to buy another with the new one
right around the corner.

Save your pennies though, it's gonna hit for around 5 bills... eek
Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.
