My favorite character from that movie was Jane Lynch.
And I love that part where's she's talking to Cal about how she just wanted to stay home all week and get baked. And watching Gandhi while stoned and having the munchies. I also love her in "Best In Show". Anyone notice that a lot of the same actors in "40 year Old Virgin" are in "Anchorman"? Paula: Yeah?
David: I gotta tell you something. I'm really excited about it. Uh, for the first time, today, I woke up, I came to the store, and I - I feel confident to say to you that if you don't take this Michael McDonald DVD - that you've been playing for two years straight - off, I'm going to kill everyone in the store and put a bullet in my brain! Paula: David, what do you suggest we play? David: I don't care. Anything! I would rather - I would rather watch "Beautician And The Beast". I would rather listen to Fran Drescher for eight hours than have to listen to Michael McDonald. Nothin' against him, but if I hear "Yah Mo B There" one more time, I'm going to Yah Mo Burn This Place To The Ground. Paula: You're such a smartass. Get back on the floor! [Paula walks away] David: [cough-mutters] Ah-fuck you! love it! 'Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.'- Einstein

The beginning of it can be seen with Ben Stiller and Judd Apatow(the writer/director of 40 Year Old Virgin). Both men worked on The Ben Stiller Show and The Cable Guy. The Cable Guy featured Jack Black and Owen Wilson. Luke Wilson, Vince Vaughn, Will Ferrell are also members. Jason Bateman is in there. Paul Rudd has been in a couple films. Jon Favreau would be in it because he is friends with Vaughn and directed Ferrell in Elf, but Ferrell didn't like him, so he was out. The above is kind of tongue-in-cheek, but they really do work with each other all the time.

He just repeats what the other announcer says in a slighty different way.

Funny film, but the foul language was just outrageous and unecessary. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

Way before I would've known who she was, I think. But I'll check out Walking & Talking.
