Is it totally crazy to wear sunglasses inside? Well, during summertime it shines directly inside through my windows. I don't see the logic why sunglasses should be worn just outside if it's just as bright inside? I've also find out that if you have to spend countless hours in front of your computer monitor it makes far much more sense to put on the shades as well, than trying to stare at the computer monitor with your eyes bleeding. Those 80s computer geeks didn't wear them just for style, but there's obviously a sensible application to it.
Of course, I've been known to constantly wear my shades inside during night time as well - when it's dark and the curtains have been drawn. But that's another story, for I am crazy.

Seriously, if I ever had to do a TV interview in a studio (it's hard to see why this would happen, altough I was once invited to join a discussion about music copyrights and downloads but didn't go) I wouldn't know how my very sensitive eyes could handle the lights. I'd probably keep making really retarded twitching faces and have to keep my eyes closed from time to time, so I don't know how much less of a fool would I look in that case if I didn't wear my stuff.

I'm with you as far as the sensitivity to light is concerned. In my case it's migraine related. Even flash photography is a dreaded occurrence. They used to accused former Bears quaterback Jim McMahon of attempting faux-cool before it was known that a childhood accident left him with an eye that was extremely sensitive to light. I say go for it. This calls for a song (like it or not)... Sunglasses At Night I wear my sunglasses at night So I can, so I can Watch you weave Then breathe your story lines And I wear my sunglasses at night So I can, so I can Keep track of the visions in my eyes While she's deceiving me It cuts my security Has she got control of me I turn to her and say Don't switch the blade On the guy in shades, oh-no Don't masquerade With the guy in shades, oh-no I can't believe it 'Cause you got it made With the guy in shades, oh-no And I wear my sunglasses at night So I can, so I can Forget my name while you collect your claim And I wear my sunglasses at night So I can, so I can See the light that's right before my eyes ... tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. Haha, and you just had to pick that one song.
Seriously, Audience, I think as a musician you're familiar with how bad the stage lighting can sometimes be to your eyes? Thank God, I don't play long sets myself.

Plus I knew it'd be a tune you'd hate but simultaneously get a slight kick out of the choice. Without question stage lighting is a bear, especially when it's good. How's that for a dichotomy? tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. C'mon y'all."

I actually like that tune a lot. It's just the epitome of uncool to so many.

See there. A deceiving book cover again. Most of your music posts seem to be very anti-Pop. Hence my inaccurate assessment. That song was a very popular new-wave hit in L.A. tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. I like a lot of 80s trash hit songs. I'm the guy who played George Michael's "Careless Whisper" on repeat for two days.
