I proudly announce you... the birth of 4 (almost identical  ) tigercats !!!
Some of you know some events have led to me moving out of my appartment. Yesterday, however, my (ex?)boyfriend called me to say our beautiful cat had given birth to two cats. By the time I arrived, there were four of them. I couldn't help it, I stayed during the night and I'm still here. I don't have a camera, so I can't take pics. Let's just give it up for their proud, sweet and beautiful mum ! 
I have two friends who want a kitty, but they want a female one. I just tried to check the gender and three of them are surely boys. The fourth one is either a girl with balls, or a very whiny boy.  | |

What a question!  Just give an answer, naughty boy !!
No, they don't. Their eyes open up after a few days. It's astonishing though, how fast they grow and how much strength they use to get the first to the nipples. | |

awww you lost the kitty in the breakup?? 
glad you got to be there with her after she had given birth. i'm sure she was glad to see you. and i always found it difficult to really tell the sex of kittens when they were little. they all looked like they might be boys to me! we had way too many females around for that to have been true there were two dozen cats on our farm at one point - it was insane   She couldn't stop crying 'cause she knew he was gone to stay | |

glad you got to be there with her after she had given birth. i'm sure she was glad to see you. and i always found it difficult to really tell the sex of kittens when they were little. they all looked like they might be boys to me! we had way too many females around for that to have been true there were two dozen cats on our farm at one point - it was insane It's not exactly what you call a complete 'breakup'. It is just impossible for me to live with him at this moment, so I've been living in a friend's house for a month, and will surely stay there for at least one more month. The situation is still way to unsure to make drastic decisions. But god knows how much I miss this cat. Sometimes I even think I miss her more than I miss my boyfriend. 
I hope some of them will turn out to be female. Not that my man-hatred has gotten that big, but it will be easier to give the females away. | |

My 'bond' with the cat has always been stronger, but since I left this apartment those two seem to get along much better. She kept asking him to sit next to her just before she gave birth, and showed him where to make a little bed (in the closet in the bedroom!). | |
