Since when did trying ones shoe equate to back pain? I swear I was only bending slightly and YOWZA. I must be getting old, cuz I can even feel these things coming on. Like a few weeks ago I was like "Ooh stay off that foot there...that feels like a sprain coming ON"

I swear to goodness, I didn't do anything. I get this every now and then. I wish I knew what it was that is causing this.

I am on a heating pad now...and gonna ask the pardner to give me a back rub later.

until i got to my doctor, no over-the-counter stuff really helped. aleve helped a little, but not much. just staying off your back is the best thing. the heating pad is a good idea. but get to your doctor soon!
