i know you guys don't mean anything mean spirited (and i don't give a shit if you do, really), but i hope you don't mind if i'm not particularly jovial on the subject of my being sick. it's taken a lot out of me - a LOT - and i'm not quite ready to make jokes about it yet. i'm trying my best to keep good humor about it and not get too depressed or cranky, but it's been a pretty intense past few weeks, and i hope you'll pardon me if i can't turn this into part of the general discussion comedy cavalcade just yet.
