But yeah, you do. Im sick of looking after myself. Feel like Ive always been that way. Its good to be independent and strong (which you ARE btw ) but its nice not to have to worry too...I want to depend on somebody just a little bit again

Somebody once said to me, a long time ago, you look out for yourself and put yourself first. Even then I didn't think that was how I want to live my life. But I know what it's like to give too much of yourself and to put your own needs on the backburner - it's just a question of balance.

I don't think there's anything wrong with looking after your own needs whilst keeping an eye on those around you. I'm sure you look out for those that you love and they look out for you. You can't ask for more than that.

Keep that chin up. But you know where we are, hun.

natisse i dont know you that well but i do hope things are going okay for you. all of what you said is true. i've learned this the hard way lately. You have to put yourself first. not only do you have to be well in order to take care of those who really need you, but you also need to for your own peace of mind and happiness.
