I posted this story many years ago on here.

This thread makes me sad.

This woman probably smelled herself and was hoping that no one else did. Since you didn't smell her before today she probably doesn't have a problem with hygeine but simply had an "off" day. Oooooor, it could have been an infection she had and it got out of control. Really... there are soo many things this could have been since you've never noticed an odor passing by her before. Poor lady. I feel horrible for her.

If it was as bad/big as you say, no wonder she was embarrassed or afraid to take showers with the rest of the class. But, in general, personal hygeine is very important.
