Ok, so I'll give it a go. . . they are all different. . . they vary in strength and length and emotional response. . . but they are similar too. There are the muscle contractions, but I can't say that I really FEEL them, exactly. Right as I start to come there's almost a twinge. . . sort of like when your salivary glands freak out, except it feels good.

And then something best described as waves. . . imagine pleasure solidifying into physical form and dropping into a pool centered around the clit, right, with ripples spreading out, and they get bigger and softer the further away they get. Sometimes it's a big kerplunk and the ripples don't seem to go that far, and are super intense. . . I'd call those the hoe-gasms, generally. Sometimes it's a little pebble but the ripples go all over the body. Sometimes the waves just seem to keep going forever, and sometimes only for a few seconds. Sometimes they crash over my heart and make tears flow, and sometimes they don't really get that far.
