me and my friend nakia have been friends since the 5th grade. she is my sister. we don't see eachother as often (she lives in dekalb while i'm i chicago) but she knows i love her. she has helped me through some hard times when she didn't have much to give. she is one of the few that i can open up to and not feel guarded.

I've lost touch w/ the girls I grew up w/ except for one of them, we still talk pretty consistently & we've known each other since age 6 She's a good friend, not the "best" but we'll always be friends...

My best friends (2) I met in junior high. As much as schedules/work/kids/husbands/lack of husbands keep us apart we fall right back into place when we do talk/get together. I love that we've all stayed in the same area too, though we see each other as often as if we live in different states

There's another really good friend I met in grad school, blah blah blah... Gotta have good friends, life can suck w/o them

Over 30 years and counting...

Erm, I have good friends who I considered my best friend at the time. I have two who are really good friends. Unfortunately some of my friends have drifted away. I have tried to contact them but no response.

My girl Chrissy...she's the best friend a girl could have.
