Since I was very young, I can attempt just about anything and have moderate success. I remember overhearling my dad tell someone something similar when I was quite young and feeling very proud. Sports, music, school, anything, whatever. I could figure it all out and appear to know what the heck I'm doing.

But I don't think there is any one thing I truly excel at. There's not one thing I'm able to say there, THAT'S my talent. That's what I was born to do. neutral

Ottensen

I tear it UP on the stove or in the oven, from granny style homemade dishes, to really hard, hand made tarts, pastas, pastes, anything your tummy yearns for.

I've seriously thought about leaving my life long job to be a professional foodie...write books, write for the lifestyle press, blah balh blah.

...if there are any hard-Kore meat eaters here, if you want to know how to do the most del-ish meat you will ever partake of in your life, just orgnote me and I'll pass along a few of my tips...poultry, lamb, fish, roasts.....
