you are correct! phil hartman (who also co-created the pee wee character, co-wrote the first movie, and was on the first few seasons of playhouse) plays Kap'n Karl, and does a hilarious song called "sailors always wash their hands" (if i recall correctly. eddie mcclurg, most famous for her role as the scholl's secretary in ferris beuller, plays a lesbian wilderness woman. the original jumbi and miss yvonne are also in it. M she is, and it did. i am a big fan of playhouse, but this beats the hell out of playhouse in my opinion. far far funnier and more adult. and edie is HILARIOUS in it. she palys a lesbian wilderness woman with cookskin hat and fur coat, who lives up the mountain and is in love with miss yvonne.
