Do what I did this morning- exercise then go outside & soak up some sun.. It's six in the evening here and overcast outside. I haven't washed any dishes for two days. I've had a shower and stuff but I'm just sat here in a sloppy t-shirt and shorts. I think I'll go wash-up the dishes and put some clothes in the washing machine. I'll put a CD on whilst I clean the kitchen. I haven't eaten yet today. I think I'll order some pizza or something. I can't be bothered cooking. | |

I would tell you that you need to eat but I have not eaten yet today but it is only 1pm here... I will tell you what everyone keeps telling me- you gotta eat to keep up your energy...

I know- it's not the time to joke. It helps me knowing that at the lowest of my days good days are ahead. Life is full of ups and downs and it's the down days that make the great ones that more special!

I don't. My Pumas are the same size as my other shoes. But let me tell you, I don't fit into European sized shoes. I HATE it. I'm somewhere in between a 38 and a 39 and they never fit me right!  |
