I promised my Grandma I would come over and see her today, and now I wish I had never suggested it to her

I love my Grandparents to bits, but I just wanna chill today..

..and I said I would walk there! miles.. ho hum

my grandparents have all been dead for 20+ years

i promise the bill collectors i will send them something every month and then ii don't..oh wait..i never intended to send them anything anyway, so guess that was a flat out lie, not a promise...NM

I do this all the time... Sometimes it's just easier to shut people up with a "maybe" answer than a straight "no".

When I have to visit my grandparents I always steal some cash and/or fags from them. They never notice!

my dads mum died 21 years ago but on my mothers side they are still alive and kicking.. totally mad lol and I love them to bits

I went to see them and I amm so glad I did, I had a great day today thanks to them

I sure as hell do.

I agreed to let a friend move in with me while she gets back on her feet after a breakup. It's proving to be a little more than I bargained for.

I guess I wouldn't really take it back entirely, but I would be more specific about the offer (ie. a timeframe and limits on how much stuff she could bring in to my itty bitty apartment).
