Ask for Valerian Root....easier to say and you can usually get it at the corner drug store (CVS, Walgreens, Eckerd, etc.) No way. I bought some of that stuff. Opened the bottle and almost passed out. Smelled like a pound of fermented sweat socks...extra on the sweat. tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 Yeah...it smells vile .....your friend in Tally turned me on to it....believe it or not, though, it leaves no after taste...and it worked for me! I'm like John Lithgow in Twilight Zone - The Movie when I'm flying. I make for some pretty memorable flights.

I used to freak out so much that I wouldn't sleep the entire night before. My recent London Trip has cured me of my flying phobias.

Not a big planes lover. But I´ve learned to go under the stress of flying. Great sleeping the night before usually. Tension during the landing mainly. But very confortable during the fly. Longest trip Panama-Berlin ...Dorothy made me laugh (ha ha)...

I LOVE FLYING! News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so. You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.

Not since my doctor prescribed Xanax for me. Before that, I made a total azz of myself on the plane. I am sure in the the post 9/11, they might have to escort me off of the plane without Xanax "Remember, one man's filler is another man's killer" -- Haystack

I have actually asked to hold people's hand on take off . [Edited 4/21/06 11:06am] Ok I did something like this as well. The woman was sitting across the aisle from me, I didn't know her, we were holding hands across the aisle as the plane landed in las vegas (and I am a woman as well. Why couldn't it be a tall handsome man??) After the plane lands... what do you say to someone you shared such a deep experience with (holding hands while you are fervently praying??) I just said... enjoy your trip. After that, I take my Xanax no matter what. (This trip, I was too proud to take the Xanax after getting the script filled).
