What are some good exercizes to do when you have a knee injury?

I'm just dyin' ova heeeah!

I usually do a lot of walking or an aerobics tape or something for exercize everyday and I'm still recovering from this knee injury...is there something I can do that won't damage my knee anymore, but will allow me to burn some calories? I don't have regular access to a pool right now, otherwise I'd do that.

Let the knee heal. You could let your fingers do the walking, and burn some calories that way cool

seriously, let the knee heal. You'll have plenty of time to lose the calories.
when people get injured, the pain is the body's way of saying "don't move like that, I don't like it and if you do it again, I'll make it hurt more"..so you move in ways that don't make it hurt, and the body has a chance to heal.
You're procrastinating talking to an attorney too...you have honest pain/suffering here Apple...and expenses. please consider talking to a lawyer?

Hold the tv remote in your right hand and raise the arm at intermittent periods of time whilst lying on the sofa.
