At Long Last... after waiting 6 weeks, my furniture is coming!!  It's going to be delivered this Friday, so I'm taking the day off from work. I'm so excited, and can't wait for it to get here!  RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |

The furniture I have now is like 17 years old, and it's just worn out. It is expensive. I hardly have any that wasn't from a thriftstore or Ikea. I'm thinking I'll at least slipcover soon, but yeah, eventually you just have to give up and replace it. 17 years old is doing pretty damn good. 
My ex is actually still using a couch that my grandparents had when I was itty bitty, so it's gotta be 25 years old. That's the advantage of well-made stuff. . . I can assure you that my Ikea crap will not be around in 25 years. oh noes, prince is gonna soo me!!1! | |
