Is it *67 when you call someone you don't want knowing your name/number? *67 right? This blocks your name/number from showing on their caller ID? Then what does show up? I wanna b ur fantasy and maybe u could be mine! | |

it is *67--the word "private" usually comes up, or maybe "unavailable"...some people have a feature on their phone line that will disallow blocked calls from coming through, and you'll get a recording telling you that the caller is not accepting calls from people who block their number. 1167 if you're using rotary dial usually "private" shows up on the receivers caller ID..however..as stated before..some folks have a feature through their phone service..that disallows private numbers from getting through.. "don'tcha wanna see my 'Tootsie Roll?' Baby I'm sho' you would!" | |
