Something for the girl with everything. Hi guys, is string theory comforting or horrific to you? It kinda freaks me out, man. Quarks acting out of time and space. And relativity...Christ. I mean, an alien sitting on a couch 50,000 light years away, right. It's sitting on a couch. I'm picturing it with you. 50,000 light years away. On Earth, relatively, to is alien, is right now. Okay? Now, if that alien moves 100 yards across its living room, it means what it would see on earth would be events around 2000 years later from this 'now' you're experiencing reading this. In universal terms, time doesn;t exist. Our dimention, if witnessed from outside spacetime in a omnipresent Gidlike perspective, experiences past, present and future all at once.

Is that why you are still wearing a Christmas hat? I don;t care. The hat only comes into existance when you look at it. If someone stole the moon instantly, the tides would recede 1.5 seconds before you saw the moon disappear because that's the time the light takes to reach your eyes. The effects would be noticible before the visual reality because of relativity. Wooo.

Is that right? | |

Jesus, I want my mum. PS - Sparks are better than Bowie. And the Bunnymen better than U2. if we could go fast enough i think we could pick and choose which timeline to visit. events forever expanding outward, leaving ripples behind. dabble our toes or take a swim, either way it's groovy baby
