I believe that some animals are outdoor animals and some animals are indoor animals, it really is the animal's choice. Some cats may come into your house just to be fed, while others will stay indoors all day. Dogs can be the same way, not all of them want to be in the house with you. Now as far as dogs that are chained up outside goes...I just don't see the point to that. Just don't have a dog, ya know? As far as feeding your dogs nutro max, you may want to try wellness. I believe that the price range is about the same but the ingredient quality is much better.

I want to be upset, too! what the heck is that supposed 2 mean? I just wanted someone explain to me what happened here because I'mnot familiar with English terms like "puppy mill operation" or what the "AKC" is.

I just wanted someone explain to me what happened here because I'mnot familiar with English terms like "puppy mill operation" or what the "AKC" is. The AKC is the American Kennel Club. It was formed to regulate and show purebred canines. They're supposed to be in charge of keeping tabs on dog breeders to make sure responsible breeding practices are in place, that the dogs are not being bred for profit, that all purebred puppies are properly registered and have papers, that sort of thing. A puppy mill is an operation, often masquerading as a legitimate breeder, that churns out purebred puppies of questionable quality (health problems, poor temperament) purely for profit. The breeding dogs are often kept in deplorable conditions. A good warning sign of a puppy mill operation is offering a variety of breeds for sale, whereas a legitimate breeder will only have one breed of dog, or in rare cases, two.
