Don't you remember - a few years back - when Bjork arrived in Bangkok and attacked a tv interviewer?? I shouldn't say this but it was so funny, I taped it off the news and watched it over and over.


It goes like this:


~ Bjork walks through airport terminal ~

~ Interviewer approaches ~

Interviewer: "Welcome to Bangkok!"

Bjork:



In fairness, I think Bjork was quite stressed because she'd just been sent death threats and she was accompanied by her son (she wanted to keep him out of the limelight). So she took it out on the poor woman.

But see if you can find it on youtube or something. There's a great 'clang' noise as the interviewer tries to fight back with her microphone.

She campaigns for animal rights; anti-landmine laws and for the rights of disabled people.

I admire her a lot. She got into debt when younger, modelled nude to pay her bills and has no regrets or qualms about this part of her life.

A lot of people have her painted as a gold-digger and maybe she is or isn't - but she gives a lot of positivity back into the world, regardless of her motives.
