Yeah, my mom told me a few weeks ago about Spiderman 3 filming in C-town. Then Cleveland.com blew up with the news.
Wish I was back home. That would be awesome being an extra in the movie. I only heard the filming will be of exterior shots, mainly between Public Square and Playhouse Square on Euclid and Superior. I guess when you are web-swinging through the cityscape, it might be hard to tell what city the exterior shot is from, but it is good to know Cleveland is being part of a major once again. when are they filming?
We had an episode of Extreme Makeover filmed in Boardman last year, and they made the biggest deal about it on the news - there was live coverage of it for several days. You would have thought the Pope was coming to town or something, LOL. | |

Here's another story on the spruce up of Euclid Avenue to make it look Madison Avenue-ish. | |
