My boyfriend and I both had dreams about 24 last night, much to our mutual amusement. I was dreaming about Jack being undercover with some terrorists ( <- not my most creative dream work), and Jim was dreaming that he was hanging out with Kiefer Sutherland and discussing how scary it would be if he snapped one day and thought he was really Jack Bauer.

These were not nightmares, per se. But that my live has devolved to the point that I'm dreaming about TV characters? THAT'S a nightmare.

I can't remember having Tetris dreams, but I wouldn't be surprised. lol

And I hate work dreams. Before I had a boring job I dreamed about work constantly. Dammit! They get my waking AND dream lives? mad

I'm an anxious person and have had nightmares for years now. It sucks.

Mostly my nightmares and bad dreams consist of stuff like being chased or pursued and trying to call someone on the phone for help but either I can't remember the phone # or the phone doesn't work, or driving a car but the brakes won't work and stop the car, or I'm riding in a car or a bus that's speeding and careening all over and I know it's going to crash. I also have frequent dreams about being in my home and someone trying to break in.

I also have alot of dreams where I'm trying to speak or yell and no voice comes out.

But the other night I dreamt I was ice skating and I think that was one of the nicest and most happy dreams I've had in a long, long time! smile

So this morning I was having a nightmare about zombies that woke me up at 5 am and I was afraid to go back to sleep. I kept thinking how easy it would be for zombies to get in my apartment, as the provate entrance to my apartment is through my porch and it's all windows, all windows in the door even. I have another door that exits into the other part of the basement (I live in a basement apartment) but they'd probably get in there BEFORE my apartment cause my upstairs neighbors never seem to latch the back door, so the zombies would for sure be waiting there for me and really, there's no other way to get out. So if zombies ever try to attack me in my apartment, I'm basically screwed.

What are your nightmares like? smile

Some of the best nightmares I have had were zombie fill dreams. They are comming and I try to think of the highest place to go. Sometimes I punch a whole into my celing and then clime onto the roof. Always with zombies right on my tail.

An apartment building is actually a safe place to be during a zombie attack. Zombies can't climb. So if you were above the second story, all you would really need do is board up your door. However it would also be a hard place for you to escape from or rummage from.

This is hilarious.....and scary at the same time.

When I was 6 or 7 I made my dad watch NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD with me 'cause I was scared. He watched it with me and fell asleep. I was sooooo scared. I totally made a plan of where I would hide. I would hide in the closet on the very top. No one would be able to reach me there. It's funny because I still live in the same house. I laugh everytime I look in the closet.

Two days ago I had a dream that I was kind of messing around with THE ROCK. The nightmare came when I woke up and nothing had happened.....frustrating.

I hardly ever remember my dreams but I've had those Tetris ones. Aaaaargh! duh

Years ago, I had this office admin job that involved a lot of filing. I'd get home from work, go to bed and start dreaming about filing, the numbers and everything. So realistic! talk to the hand Everything was perfectly placed, though. geek

When I started this job, I used to have to arrange insurance quotations. And a Home Insurance quote can take up to ten minutes. One night, I stayed over a mate's house and, apparently, in my sleep I went through an entire ten minute quote with a 'Mr King'. And he bought it! My mate thought it was weird. confused

Yeah, I sometimes talk in my sleep so I went through this entire ten minute quotation saying things like "Do you have a smoke alarm? You do? And you live in a neighbourhood watch? Great. That'll be £146.50 please".

I took the credit card details too. lol disbelief

When I went to Uni, I had to share my room with this guy for the first year. (I didn't know him but I found out beforehand cos we had to arrange our accommodation). I was SHITTING myself for weeks because - at this point - only one person back home knew I was gay and I was convinced I was gonna blurt out something in my sleep. confused "I like Madonna! Zzzzzz Marry me! Zzzzzz".

I didn't say anything but he worked it out eventually. lol

My very first apartment, my friend Trevor and I shared a bedroom. Luckily, it was huge so both our big beds fit along with our dressers and such. He used to talk in his sleep all the time. One night we were watching the A-team late at night before bed and after he'd fallen asleep, he mumbled "OK, Foo!" in his sleep. giggle
But he was also a very active sleeper. He'd wrestle all over the bed. One night his thrashing about woke me up. I sat up in bed to see what he was doing. He was trying to pull a pillow out that was lodged under his knees. He finally got it out from under there, held the pillow outstretched above him and said in a dreamy voice "Everything's gonna be alright", sighed romantically, and hugged the pillow to him. I burst out laughing. lol
My laughing always woke him up.
