AN ESCAPEE IS CAUGHT! Yesterday a 16 week baby gerbil managed to get free from the cage and be elusive of being captured. I sat on the sofa half the night waiting to catch it and everytime I tried that gerbil ran! Today as I was watching t.v. it climbed on top of it's cage where its mother, father and 2 siblings are. I Managed to catch it and reunite it with its family. Pretty soon in a couple weeks I will be dropping off the 3 baby gerbils at the pet store so they can find a new home. Below is what a grown gerbil looks like.
