Me, a zombie fanatic, knew about this movie far before it was known about in the United States. Before anyone knew if it would be put into american theaters, I was on ebay buying a "promo copy" DVD. biggrin So, I got to watch it several months before it actually got to american theaters.

This is an awesome movie that I think everyone should see.

The makers of the film, the "shaun" charactor and another bloak, got so much reconistion from making this movie that George Romero invited them for a meet and greet and to have a spotlight part in his new "Land of the Dead" movie.

It's rumored there will be a second one. I don't think so however.

I actually did not find this really funny, I turned it off. Maybe it was because i was feeling a little grumpy at the time.

Actually, it was stated a long while back that there would NOT be a sequel. Simon Pegg loved the title "From Dusk Till Shaun" but didn't really have a plot to back it up.

I was very impressed with this film's style and originality. The idea is great, and the cast/director really knew how to execute it. Extremely funny, too. I love the workplace humor at the beginning...so true.

I thought it was pretty funny! But I did have to have my boyfriend explain all the references to other zombie films, because I dont like scary films boxed

It was good though, esp the bit where they're walking home from the pub drunk singing Grandmaster Flash!! lol

There's a part when they're talking to the main character's mother (Barbara) on the phone. And his friend says "We're coming to get you Barbara." That's from NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD "They're coming to get you Barbara."

As a side note, the actress who portrays the mother plays an excellent character in several episodes of the new Doctor Who...as does Simon Pegg (Shaun) in a later episode.
