What's The Most You've Ever Paid For A Coat Or Jacket??... What kind of coat/jacket was it?
Was it worth the money? When you wore it, did it make you feel composed, grounded and secure that you could meet any social challenge?..lol

I bougfht this jacket, it was £150.00 but that was umm... 13 years ago.. so ALOT more now..
I can remember I had my heart set on it, and when I went to the shop, it was closing and I rapped on the door.. They shook their heads and said they were closed. I said I was paying cash, and they whipped those doors open, offered me so much assistance, bought the jacket and left swinging my shopping bag in pure joy awesome! if sexy was a colour it would be red

I think the most I ever paid for a coat/jacket was $150 for a really nice grey suede one...but that was about 20 years ago..lol. I went shopping with my aunt who was maybe 15 years older than me (no idea why she and I decided to hang out together that night)...and when we went into this leathers store, I tried on the jacket, loved it...the sales lady pulled my aunt over and said "That jacket really looks good on your boyfriend"...lol
I got hit with a snowball while wearing it 6 months later, and it left a huge circle stain on it. typo edit. [Edited 4/9/06 13:32pm]

Ex-Moderator | I think the most I've ever spent is about $90, which isn't a lot, really. But I have many coats. I like having a nice selection, rather than spending a giant amount on 1 really nice coat. |

What do the controls do? It has integrated controls for your ipod and it is bluetooth so it connects to your phone..that way when you are out boarding you don't need to take your ipod or phone out to use them....headphones in the hood and a mic too. I think it was about £520.00 and i trashed it at the snow park.....oooppppssss

The most xpensive jacket I own was a gift. A crew tour jacket from Madonna's Blond Ambition Tour. I don't wear it. Listen to me on The House of Pop Culture podcast on itunes http://itunes.apple.com/u...d438631917

I can see it as a safety thing, I suppose, but if you're that far out would you even get phone reception? |

the most i've paid for a coat was $90 i think, black leather dress-type coat, got it on sale. regular price was around $175 i think. i've had it for 6 or 7 years. my other coat is brown corduroy, bought from goodwill for less than $10. i LOVE it and i've had that one about as long. i also have a full length leather/fur coat that was given to me by a friend. (she could no longer wear it b/c she was having back problems and the coat was actually too heavy for her!!)
i'd much rather live somewhere i don't even NEED a coat. like karen. oh, and phil . . . . . . !!!!
