In the six months I have been here...I have gone from 270lbs to 245 now that my cleanse is over. My eating habits have not changed. As a matter of fact I am eating MORE than I was in the States! I still play basketball about twice a week and swim every so often each week.

So this is my summation on the matter. I am eating CLEANER FOODS!! You see, as far as I know, Holland has much more stringent food laws in the way of chemicals and pesticides on food. They are simply not allowed on fresh foods and produce. Since I am eating these foods with out the pollutants and garbage attached in processing and growing of these foods...my body is not accumulating the fat and junk that puts on the weight. So while I am consuming just as much, if not more; I am becoming a more healthy and leaner version of my old self!!

Im glad to hear that Dex. I mean, with all of the hormones and $hit that they use on animals here, that would account for a signiificant weight loss alone. I remember some people I met who were in town from France were telling me that the people in Detroit were huge and the clothing in the stores here were waaay bigger than the same sizes that they would have in Europe. I think that, along with the car culture and plain ol' sedentary lifestyles are whats KILLING us.

We gotta start somewhere with getting some wellness back into our lives and getting this piss and $hit that we call food out of our grocery stores. Our lives depend on it. I know that my senators are tired of hearing from me, someone else had better start writing!
