I'd paint some scenes from the inner city in the style of Carravagio.

well not LSD...but yeah I have used other various THINGS to help my creativity.

As for taking a break...I took a temporary break when I left my old company...I was promised promotions and other various things...I never received them, then when I expressed interest in starting work again on my masters degree, because I eventually want to teach photography at a college level, they told me I could not work in management and go to school, because I would not be able to focus on my job adequately... rolleyes

So they kinda ruined it for me...I am working on picking it up again...slowly but surely....I am kinda just chillin with Nordstroms right now...hey they pay well. thumbs up!

Painting
©1998 T.M.Pletz

Painting the walls a coating of white
Moving the brush while holding you tight
Painting in places where darkness meets light
Painting for hours from morning 'till night

* Painting
Painting
Painting your walls

Painting the walls of your love
Brushing softly like a hand in a glove
Touching every corner, covering the pink
Coloring perfectly without having to think *

Painting only with the color of white
While a kaleidoscope of colors in sight
Is only what your blinded eyes can see
Feeling the entire spectrum through me *

Is that a good enough answer? horny

the first painting i did or rather the two paintings i did first were..
a acrylic and oil painting of the thin white duke
and the emotions in man with oil painting..i did it in a caveman mental-state.

but the first painting i tried doing was a scene of when jocasta was going to hang herself..but failed miserably.

first thing i painted was a woman with long curls standing on the front
right of the canvas looking right at you. the background was a nightsky
with big shrubs.

second thing was "the idiot" prince from the dostoyevski novel. i think
they both suck when i look at them now.

The sentiments she has shaded for Nat are pure and sublime. Loyalty, obedience, affection. Deep abiding faith. The very essence of an eager joie de vivre. Your daughter evinces a higher art of the kind not crafted by hand alone. Thank you for that warm breath of a happy home.
nothing but...
