Do you ever participate in surveys?

Be it postal, online, for competitions, easy money etc etc?

The reason being, is I am doing some surveys online, and I am *supposed* to win or get paid money for it - I think its a scam, but thought what the hell, I will do it anyway..

When I lived in London, I used to do some surveys.. we would go to the place it was held at, get free drink and food, and get paid £50 each time for doing so.

We used to have such a scream, and more times than not, leave a bit tipsy, laughing our heads off, while the person giving the survey, was a bit cross, and would have paid us £50 just to LEAVE!!!

ive done them online. never got any money just free tampons and lotion, etc,etc

I hate surveys

I joined up with some on-line survey "clubs" one is run by Australia Post, and they forward you ads to watch and surveys to do, you get paid min. $1 to view an ad, and $5 for completing some longer surveys. I am waiting for my dollars to rack up $$ enough to get a voucher to the on-line CD shop to get my 3121. I've participated in a couple of consumer forum groups, one for a new internet search function and one for up-coming reality shows (a feasibility study - would you watch a show about ...). got paid in department store vouchers
