I hear that shite on the bus everyday when some dumbass gets on and starts chirpin. Wtf??!!! As if the other passengers wanna hear the loundness of those things, not to mention hearin oter folks' conversations. Why cant ppl just talk on regular cells like normal people anyways?

Can someone explain why there are walkie talkie features and what they are used for? Isn't a cell phone the same as a walkie talkie.

I don't get the chirpin concept.

at least...what, 5 times a week i see someone talking on them damned things. it's bad enough that cell phones get on my nerves, but to have a walkie-talkie feature on it AND hear the other person out loud on the other end of the line? wtf?!!!!

me and my brother used to have a set when we were younger and they were a blast. I don't see the point of having the ones y'all are talking about though especially since there are cell phones.

I wouldn't mind if people used the technology with a little common sense. I have thought of getting the talkie phones, but so that my wife and I might be at a mall, and when one gets done shopping they could find the other one. I wouldn't have us shopping while talking about the grociery list or shit like that over the talkies.
