Has anyone used this Russian music download service?

I'm looking for economical download sites and I ran across the following:

Has anyone used this site? Are the files such that the music is good quality? I see that it's a site that you put money on an account. Do they rip you off?

If not this site, any suggestions (legal) of a site that is economical and has a large catalogue?
