**Girls who constantly complain they are fat or need to lose weight when they clearly don't

people who don't tip the waiter/waitress very well. If the service wasn't adequate, it's one thing..if your cheap..don't take it out on someone busting their but..
bullies People who don't thank you for gifts. Of course you don't give gifts to get a thank you, but common courtesy is only appropriate..

Oh, another few things to be added on my irk-list: the tipping practise in many English-speaking countries (what kind of medieval times are we still living?). [Edited 4/10/06 21:56pm]

Oh, another few things to be added on my irk-list: the tipping practise in many English-speaking countries (what kind of medieval times are we still living?). it irks me too. i'm a good tipper and all, but why not just include the xtra 15% in the waiter's/waiteress's wage in the price of the meal instead of making people feel obligated to tip. shit some days i find it hard to part with them xtra dollars. maybe it's just a way to ensure good service, but i'm sure most servers would still be friendly regardless of them depending on a tip.

People with bad table manners or eating habits. Can't stand it. Talking with your mouth full is something i cannot tolerate. Went out with a girl once on a first date and she talked with her mouth full throughout dinner. Game Over.

I'm finding really good service comes out of this and I am happy to tip when we eat at restaurants.

Well, I can't deny that. Okay... Well, it's hard to think of all the things that annoy me right now but here goes: ~ the general public ~ the general public in public (e.g. stopping in the middle of a street right in front of you, or coming out of a shop without looking where they're going ~ people who've been at a bus stop for ages, wait for the bus to arrive, then get their money out ~ loud mobile phone users ~ ringtones ~ whistlers ~ the last customer I spoke to I wouldn't call that the 'definitive' list but that's all I can think of right now.

I don't know why you would like me then - apart from the mobile phone (don't have one) you could be describing me out shopping

Here are some others I just remembered (bearing in mind these are pathetic ~ people who slam doors (that goes way back, to my father) ~ people who cough or sneeze on you (particularly if they're the general public See? Mine are rubbish.

I'm gonna have to think of some too now:
- People (namely my children) who say they can't, when they haven't even tried - people talking very loudly over other people - I barely survive at the south american get togethers - that it took $70 to fill up my petrol tank yesterday - that in less than 2 weeks I used up my monthly download quota - people who forget to tell me things that I need to know about number one: - when someone rings me at 6pm to say they won't be home at 6 since they are just leaving now
