Who watches Scrubs?

I can't get enough of this show. I've been laid up in bed recovering from surgery and I am devouring the dvds for the first two seasons. Besides Arrested Development, this is the best sitcom I've seen in a long time. I just never saw it before because of my work schedule and NBC was always changing its time slot. I started catching it on DVR and fell in love with it.

It can be pretty slap sticky, but then make you feel for the characters, too. That's something that Arrested Development couldn't really do. Too ironic.

Does anybody else love Scrubs?

It comes out very soon. I will definitely get it. Call me a sucker, but I want JD and Elliott to wind up together. But in like the last episode. Gotta have that sexual tension. Sometimes I really feel like JD. Like a little too sensitive for my own good. biggrin

My fav moment is from Season two when the Janitor steals JD's doctor's coat and goes to his son's career day pretending to be a doctor. His name: Dr. Jan Itor! C'mon, how can you NOT love that!

I LOVE SCRUBS

Turk and Carla are my favorite couple on tv. I think the writing is smart and HIGLarious. Every actor is pretty much spot on in each show. And, I love comedies that make me cry from time to time. Scrubs tugs the heartstrings in really honest ways.

One of my favorite episodes was from (i think) the first season when everyone is singing Erasure through out. SO GOOD.

If Arrested Development was still on it would be a tie. 24 used to be cool until I realized it's Die Hard: the TV show. Like this the unluckiest guy EVER! I still like it, though. It is good this year. And don't forget about Lost. Sopranos has been good recently, too.

My housemate Tom's really into and I think it's quite sweet. Obviously Dr.Ross is the star. What makes me laugh though is the fact that folks are starting to call me J Dizzle. This has been wittled down to just either 'Dizzle' or 'Dizz' now.

It was kinda cool at first but it gets a bit annoying now. I also like the girls in it as they are all hot. Especially Jordan. drool

Prince's "Bambi" should be used on the show! Haven't seen much of the later episodes, but Carla calls JD that in like every episode. Plus, it would fit how Dr. Cox treats JD because it's about a girl. biggrin

She's a MILF! thumbs up! I'm more a Sarah Chalke guy, though. Or the drug addict that JD dated in the first season.

People either love it or hate it. My friends hate it. I think you have to like slapstick AND the absurd to love it. And most people I know like one or the other. Not both.

The show has been consistently funny for years.

The contract runs out in May of this year and if NBC does not pick it up, ABC has already agreed to.

NBC has switched the time of this show so often when it should be on Thursday nights with The Office n others.

nod it's ridiculous that they keep bouncing it around. It would fit SO perfectly with Earl and The Office...
