CHicago is near by you and is probably the best place to find a job that it would not be too hard to relocate to. It's a reletively inexpensive city to live in...depending. But you can find a job and a place easily.

I can't say the same for NYC or San Fran.

and yes, but it depends on where in the city you live. manhattan - very insane
other 4 boroughs - not nearly as bad. we pay 1400 for a 2 bedroom minutes from manhattan on the train


Yeah Brooklyn is easy to get by. The apts are tiny though.

Midwest prices woot! Again...I highly suggest looking into Chicago. It's a little bit more pricey there...but not extremely.

I was thinking that...and I could actually be home in 45 min or a four hour car ride. New York is also a 45 min flight from Detroit, but it takes longer to drive because you have to go around the lakes. rolleyes
