Am having a bad day... feel like I wanna someone.

Feel free to rant and get stuff off your chest...

Now, that's not much of a rant! What's the issue?!

Mini-rant: I'm sick of people. Especially the multiple people lately who act like they know something about me when, really, they have no clue. Bah.

my mom has alzheimers ... and she comes up to visit quite often 2-4 times a day 7 days a week

( they have great fear of being alone )

some days ... too often

today i am somewhat bothered by it

only because i have other very pressing personal things going on


so...there is my rant

they put her on Aricept several yrs ago... and it has slowed the progression some ...

I'm glad to know your mom's treatment is slowing things down...
And I understand how you feel...my mom also has a chronic disease and she's always wanting me to come over and do things for her. She doesn't drive, otherwise I'm sure she'd be over here.
I still love her with all my heart, though, and would rather have her bugging me than not around anymore.

it is just somedays ... like one day a week it would be nice to have my home all to myself and not have visitors

but when she comes here it gives my dad the small breaks he needs and deserves each day

it's a hard thing to balance ... and life could always be far worse
