I ought to apply for a replacement... I still have my original card, issued in 1986 or early 1987. And my signature at eight years old looks nothing like it does now.

With that said, you'll be happy to know that my 1986/87 signature is fully legible. And even today, I sometimes sign letters in a legible manner.



Thanks. Ironically, I almost never handwrite things (aside from stuff for my own use) because I consider my handwriting too difficult to read.
