Whole Foods has these Brown Rice chips & Vegetable chips that are SO DAMN GOOD & very low in fat & calories, no trans fat at all drool

last night i ate cooked carrots for dinner

this morning for breakfast i ate oatmeal with a cup of grape juice

i snack on graham crackers and the quaker rice cakes (the ones that are shaped like chips.the nacho cheese ones are good)

stay away from the ritz chips..those have WAY too much sodium in them.(700mg)

Cocoa (or dark chocolate) covered almonds. Protein, antioxidants, calcium, and lots of yum. thumbs up!

Now y'all have me wanting a mango smoothie. Jamba Juice for lunch, methinks. . .
