The story of little suck a thumb. This is from a classic German fairy tale.

anxy has it too I think! i do indeed! i collect struwwelpeter stuff...i have two different editions of the book, plus a soundtrack for an opera based on the stories. in fact, i bought a new version of der struwwelpeter when i was in new york! | |

I read the soup one to my boys recently - the one where the boy won't eat and gets all skinny and dies.
It worked, they eat all their dinners now!  | |

I loved that show so much... My favorite is about the kid who gets stabbed in the face with cutlery when he falls over from rocking back in his chair...I used to do that alot as a kid, lol. " | |

I remember in the play they made the stories much more greusome than they actually were.
