we just went an hour backwards I'm exhausted and it's only 7.30pm

I live in Phoenix Az. Here we do not "spring ahead" or "fall back"

It makes life easier.

I didn't though came home after the gig at about 12.30am, and then couldn't sleep until about 2 because I was FREEZING and Max woke at 6.30am (new time) which is when he always gets up, except now that is an hour earlier than before I am going to have to go to bed an hour earlier to cope with this
