I find it sometimes hard to use a proper emoticon from the list of available ones. We seem to have all kinds of kooky ones, but I don't think they necessarily even cover the very basic needs for symbolic emoting. Just for instance, there is a bouncing rabbit, all kinds of food, heaploads of different types for flaming, not one but three different kind of hamsters (?!?) ... we have a goddamn "bananas copulating"-emoticon! But how about just a decent smiley?

I just don't think these two - " " and " " - are cutting it. I mean who the hell smiles like " " except for American used cars salesmen? And " " isn't much of an improvement? It looks rather like a wolf baring its teeth, getting ready to rip to shreds its prey. As a Northern European I'm not used to smile so uninhibitedly, we need a new coy, subtle smiling emoticon that doesn't automatically evoke feelings of getting pissed. I guess the left half of " " would be the closest for what I am calling out for, and this is actually the one I often use instead of the two more common smileys. But even it connotes that "I'm too smart to smile for you" -type of feeling.

You can find emoticons on the internet and then post them as an image. This would require a little work from you part and for you to stop being such a lazy ass.
