I like government cheese. It is good, melt it in macaroni and cheese and wooooo the best taste you can have !!!

I eat about 2 pounds of Colby Jack a week.

Funny story: The first time Amy stayed at my house apparantly I woke her up at 4:00 in the morning nawing on a block of cheese asking her if she wanted a bite. I'm a night eater and often times I wake up to a mouth shaped hole in my cheese block

Somehow I suddenly feel like this should have been a Zelaira thread...




Do you like Camembert? Gouda? I once had this NICE baked Brie with walnuts and Cranberries. Delish!

Also, sometimes, and this is something I'm not proud of, I'll sprinkle grated parmesan cheese into a little condiment bowl and just eat it with a spoon.

It is like Lik-m-aid Fun Dip, but with cheese. I love it.
